Legal form and contract closure
"GET more - Germany's European Travel, Silke Stenger" (hereinafter called "Silke Stenger") acts as an agent (German: Handelsvertreter) for her customers according to German civil code BGB §§ 662ff. Silke Stenger connects to German tour operators according to German commercial code HGB §§ 84ff to provide travel arrangements in their name to her customers. That for the contract about the travel arrangements is closed between the customer/traveller and the tour operator, NOT between the customer and Silke Stenger.

Liabilities and services
Silke Stengers agency's liability is to transfer the booking details as well as the customers payment to the tour operators immediately. Depending on the general terms and conditions of each tour operator, possible cancellation fees or additional charges have to be payed either to Silke Stenger or directly to the tour operator. If the fees are payed to Silke Stenger, it is her liability to transfer them to the tour operator. The changing/cancellation fees may vary and also depend on the general terms and conditions of the tour operator. These general terms and conditions will either be provided by the tour operator or - if not available in english language - be translated in a brief summary by Silke Stenger.

Liabilty in case of service deficencies
Silke Stenger is NOT reliable for the performance of the travel arrangements offered by the tour operators. Possible failings or deficiencies of your travel arrangements have to be argued with the tour operator directly, not with Silke Stenger. To lodge a claim, the customer has to get in touch with the tour operator -as soon as possible- through the point of contact mentioned in the booking summary. Silke Stenger provides her customers with all necessary contact details. The liabilties for the services accomplished by Silke Stenger conform with the regulations of the German civil code BGB §§ 662ff.

Final provisions
The law and regulations of the Federal Republic of Germany apply to all contracts closed.

Important note about the Distance Selling Act
The regulations of the Distance Selling Act (German: Fernabsatzgesetz) do NOT apply to the services of Silke Stengers travel agency, because the main part of the contract arrangements are argued in person (here: in conversations via email, messenger or phone). Each service accomplished by Silke Stenger is individual and no arrangement is booked directly and only through Silke Stengers webpage.
